The Jungle Book Mystery KAL

SIGNUPS remain open until the KAL begins on Nov 18th but orders placed after Nov 1st may not arrive in time for the first clue. We will do our best!

The Jungle Book KAL is a mystery lace knitting club. So far, Janine le Cras has designed mystery shawl KAL patterns inspired by The Secret Garden, The Enchanted Wood, Moonfleet, Through the Looking Glass, The Little Mermaid and The Phoenix and the Carpet. Unlike our other Mystery KALs, this project will be a 200g shawlette, rather than our usual 300g shawls.

This shawl is designed for fingering weight yarn and can be knit in Luxe, Tinsel Toes, Sushi Socks, Verve, Greensheep Fingering, Green Sheep Cotton Bamboo Fingering or Pashmi or Marici Fingering (for an extra charge). You can choose a regular colorway or one of our Gradiance colorways. There are no beads in this shawl.

Sign up now and your yarn will be shipped in time for the start date of November 18th. The pattern will be emailed to you in pieces. On the first day you'll receive the instructions for the first part of the pattern. In the following weeks you'll receive the rest of the pattern, bit by bit. But you won't see a finished picture of the shawl until the very end! There will be a total of 4 clues.
