One way to select your colors is to choose from the 30 step color strip or the 15 step color wheel. You choose the color number with which you want your set to start. For example, if you order #22 on the 30 step strip and you get skeins of 22-25 in your sock set or 22-27 in your shawl set. Order #14 on the 15 step color wheel and you get skeins 14, 15, 1, and 2 or 14-4.
